about Dana Such

Principal Audience Development Consultant, Dana Such, has over a decade of focused experience in marketing and audience development across media, e-commerce and nonprofit sectors—from legacy brands to growth-stage startups. Her career began at Texas Monthly and includes roles as Vice President of membership and marketing, reporting to CEOs and managing multi-million dollar budgets.

A balanced right-brain, left-brain professional, Dana is both highly analytical and highly intuitive. She is a strategic ideator and collaborator who is methodical and data-centered. She excels at identifying the unique strengths of others to elevate motivated, effective teams. Dana finds it immensely fulfilling to partner with her clients, across the for-profit and nonprofit space, and help them make impactful strides that strengthen their business.

She brings both local and national nonprofit board service experience to the table, as well as her passion for mission-based work.

Dana is a proud Leadership Austin alumna and currently serves as an advisor to the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute, a Young Women’s Alliance Mentor and a board member at her daughter’s school.
